I enjoyed the writing, the characters and the story. My biggest "complaint" was the how the step sibling challenge was resolved. First, I think that far too big a deal was made about it...no blood relation; second, the resolution was (IMO) extreme. That being said, I will read more from this author as I did enjoy her voice and her pacing.
